About Us

The Hawks Trio is composed of Rebekah, Abigail, and Bethany.  Rebekah and Bethany are sisters, and are cousins to Abigail.
We have been singing since early 2008 in different Independent Baptist churches in our area. The Lord has truly blessed us in giving us opportunities to sing.  Our greatest desire is to give God the glory for all He's done.  He has given us so many things we can be thankful for.  God is good, all the time!

Rebekah Hawks Moore
My name is Rebekah Hawks Moore and I am 23 years old.  I married to Caleb Moore in January, 2014.  In December, 2014, we had a little girl, and added a little boy to our family in June, 2016.
I've been blessed to be raised in a Christian home. My daddy is a preacher and my mama home schooled me, my brother JohnDavid, and sister Bethany from kindergarten all the way through high school.
A few months before I turned 4 my parents allowed me to start taking piano lessons. I didn't always like to practice but I'm glad they made me stick with it.

Now my sister, cousin, and I all play the piano and sing. We want to give Him all the praise, honor, and glory in our singing. If it wasn't for Jesus, and what He did on Calvary there wouldn't be anything for us to sing about!

I was saved at age 7 at a revival. Though I don't remember the date or time, I know the exact spot on the altar where I knelt and accepted Christ as my personal Savior. It's something that you never regret, and it's absolutely the best life!
It's my desire to be used of the Lord in some way in my life.

~For all He's done I want to lift my hands to praise Him. For all He's done I want to live my life to please Him. Even though I don't deserve to live my life has just begun, and I can't help but praise the Lord for all He's done!~

Psalm 73:25, 26 "Whom have I in Heaven but thee, and there is none upon the earth that I desire beside thee. My flesh and my heart faileth, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever."             -King James Bible

Abigail Hawks
My name is Abigail Hawks and I am 22 years old.  I was born in South Carolina to Noel and Charity Hawks.  I've lived in North Carolina since I was a few months old.  At 4 years old, I received Christ as my Savior in a bedroom at my house.  I was baptized a couple of years later at the first church my dad pastored.

I have 5 younger brothers: Caleb, Jonathan, Jared, Andrew, and Nathan.  My mom homeschooled me through highschool, and homeshooled my brothers until the fall of 2016.

When I am home from college, I serve as an assistant pianist at Liberty Baptist Church in Mocksville, NC, where my dad pastors.  I have also played the piano some for our youth choir.  I attended Northwood Baptist Bible College for two years, then in the fall of 2016, transferred to The Crown College of the Bible in Powell, Tennessee.  I taught piano when home, and have been learning to play the violin.  In the fall of 2015, I began teaching K4 at a local Christian school, where I taught for a year before going to Crown College.

My greatest goal in life is to live for Jesus.  I am very thankful to have been raised in a Christian home.  I love the Lord and it's a joy to be in the ministry!

Bethany Hawks
My name is Bethany Hawks and I am 21 years old. I was born and raised in North Carolina, until 2014 when I moved to Tennessee to enroll in Crown College, a Bible college located just outside of Knoxville. I graduated with my Bachelors Degree in May of 2018, and am praying towards finishing my Masters in Missiology in the near future.

I became a Christian about a month before I turned 7 years old, after my twin brother, John, had trusted Christ as his Savior just 8 months prior. The Lord began to show me that I was a sinner, and that my sin must be paid for through His Son Jesus Christ. I vividly remember God softening my heart towards salvation, and on one Saturday evening, I prayed and asked Christ to come into my life and live within me.

I am grateful for the years of preparation for the ministry that I was able to experience when I attended Crown College. The Lord showed me the importance of a close relationship with Him and daily seeking for His guidance through my Christian life. I'm thankful for the opportunities to go on mission trips and work as a Camp Counselor for two summers. God taught what the power of prayer can do in someone's life, and how He can take a someone so unworthy and use them in a great way if they are willing give their life to His Work. "...and who then is willing to consecrate his service this day unto the Lord?"
The Lord has given me a great burden for children and I know that He has a divine purpose for my life. I have had the opportunity of visiting several other countries and there is such a need for someone to go and tell them of Christ and His love for them. Please pray that God will give me clear direction in where He wants me to serve, and that His Name will be glorified through my life.

1 Chronicles 28v9-10,  "Know thou the God of thy Father, and serve Him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind: for the Lord searcheth all hearts, and understandeth all the imaginations of the thoughts: if thou seek Him, He will be found of thee; but if thou forsake Him, He will cast thee off forever."

  1. Can anyone give me the chords to Only One Way? Thank you

    1. Hello, I hope you get this reply. Could you email us at thehawkstrio@gmail.com ? I think it will be easier for me to write out the chords in an email than on here.

  2. The best part is yalls testimony and what God has done for y'all. I grew up in Canton, NC and moved to the Navajo Indian reservation to be a missionary and I would like to say the songs are an encouragement and keep on keeping on and give all the glory to God. God bless

    1. Hello, Bro. Colton. I just saw this here since I haven't been the one taking care of monitoring comments until now. But I've even been emailing you about the CDs, lol. I will have to pay more attention. Anyway, hello, and thanks for leaving a comment. It's a blessing. =)

  3. My sons(14 & 16) went to camp at Temple Baptist and one son attends Crown College. They heard the Moore's family sing and looked them up when they got home. They found your family on you tube and have been listening and singing with you ever since. I just want to tell you it is such a blessing to hear teens singing such godly music in this day and age. Thank you for sharing your music online. Keep serving the Lord. from a grateful parent in Florida

    1. Thank you for your comment, and you're welcome! =)
I'm the mom to Bethany and Rebekah (married to Caleb Moore), and aunt to Abigail. Bethany just began college at Crown this year also! =)

  4. Hi! I was looking up the song, It's Under The Blood (I heard it recently at a revival) and found songs by The Hawks Trio. What a blessing! I am a Independent Fundamental Bible believing Christian and it is so refreshing to hear music that doesn't draw attention to "self", but glorifies the Lord. I will definitely be ordering cd's. Please keep fighting the fight for the Lord!!!

    1. Thanks, Leslie! I'm the mom to Bethany and Rebekah (married to Caleb Moore), and aunt to Abigail. I will pass this on to the girls.
Just email thehawkstrio@gmail.com and let me know your address and which CDs you want and I will confirm the shipping cost.

  6. Hello there, there's a song that I check on YouTube for when it comes to mind that I've never really found a version of that I liked, until I came across a version of it sung by y'all (Hawks Trio). The song is To Rescue a Sinner Like Me. Amazing voices and a very moving song. Keep up God's work and thank you for the song. By the way, I'm from Beeville, Tx and a member of Beeville Baptist Church. My church and I appreciate people using their talents for God's glory. God bless y'all.

    1. Thank you! That song is one of my favorites. =)

  7. Can i have the music sheets of all the songs of trio or it has to be purchased?

    1. I am sorry, since all the girls play by ear, we don't have sheet music except for "It's Under the Blood," since it was provided to us by Bro. Leonard Fletcher, the author. He said to give to anyone who asked, free of charge. =)

But I do have the chords typed out for several songs that the girls wrote out for me while they were all still home, so if you would like to email thehawkstrio@gmail.com, I can send those to you. =)

  8. I just found ya'll on youtube last night. It is such a blessing to hear Godly singing that speaks to the heart. Thank you for serving God through music. ;0)
