Thank You!!
The Hawks Trio and their parents would like to thank all those who have ordered CDs, as well as those who have sent thank you cards, notes, and emails. For the most part, these are from people we have never met! It is wonderful to realize that you are our brothers and sisters in Christ whom we will get to meet one day!
Your purchases are greatly helping these three young ladies. Bethany and Abigail are in college, and Rebekah is married with a little daughter now. =)
Rebekah and Caleb Moore were married in January, 2014. They attend Cherry Grove Baptist Church where they work in the music ministry. In December, 2014, Rebekah and Caleb welcomed little Callie! ♥
Abigail graduated in 2013 and is attending Northwood Baptist Bible College. She is the assistant pianist at her church, Liberty Baptist, and is working at a local Christian school daycare.
Bethany graduated in May of 2014. She is attending The Crown College of the Bible in Tennessee, and is active in the bus ministry. Bethany plays the piano for a few of the singing groups at the college. She is also working at a daycare.
Please pray for these ladies as they serve the Lord in the ministries in which God has placed them.
They plan to continue singing as the Lord gives them opportunities.

Sample of our 3rd CD!
The CD is in production right now, and we hope to have it out by end of April/first of May!
"It's Under the Blood" was written by preacher Leonard Fletcher, pastor of Dyson Grove Baptist Church in Tennessee. We also used it for the title of the CD.
We hope this song will be a blessing to you. The devil likes to remind Christians of our past sin because he knows he can't have us, so he wants to get us discouraged so we won't be effective for Christ.
But we know our sin is Under the Blood!
Remember if we mess up, failure is an event, not a person. It's not who you are. Keep on for God!
If you've never accepted Christ as your only way to heaven, you won't know the joy of knowing Jesus Christ, and that He has forgiven all your sin! Here is how to go to heaven.

Youth Meeting Saturday Night
Last Saturday night we went to a youth meeting that we go to every month. We usually have the opportunity to sing. Saturday night the combo choir sang two songs, then we were asked to come sing a song Abi's dad wrote, called, ''Preach, Preacher, Preach.'' The alter was full and we sang that song about 7 or 8 times. Then we sang another song. After that, another singing group came up and sang ''I Have Been Blessed'' about the same amount of time. =) People just kept coming to the alter! Another youth choir sang a couple of songs and the preacher never preached. God really showed up!! :) It was a great service.
''....We live in a country the greatest on earth, our flag stands for freedom and for what freedom's worth. She stands in the harbor, Miss Liberty calls. All have gave some, but some gave IT ALL for me to be blessed! He's my shoulder to lean on when I am down, that rock where He leads me when I'm overwhelmed. That place where I hide under His wings, He's not just a song..He's the REASON I sing! Oh, I have been blessed!

Serving Others!
Last Saturday evening, my new church (that my Dad is the pastor of), had the opportunity to serve the senior members of our church by making them a meal, boxing it up, and taking it to their homes..(all we did was take it to them). =) It was a blessing to get to be a part of it. Since we've only been at our new church for almost 3 months now..we really don't know where too many people live. So...we got meals for two homes and headed out. When we got to the first house we went inside and visited a while with the family at that home and also some of their kids and grand kids that came over. :) My brothers had a blast playing on their swings and the little John Deere peddle tractor and I had a great time talking with a friend. We had a great time of fellowship with our new church ''family'' and when we got back to our car we were surprised to find we'd stayed there for 2 and a 1/2 hours! It was lots of fun and we got to experience serving others!!

Memory Verse Game!
Wow! It's been a while since we posted anything on here. :( Things have been so busy. I'm sure everyone could say that at this time of the year. =)
A couple weeks ago the Lord gave me an idea. I found a neat way to learn my memory verses, faster than I normally could. If you're like me at all you probably have a hard time memorizing Bible verses...or anything for that matter! I try and TRY but it just leaves me! And I especially can't remember the references. Well, my Mom had gotten a cute little can (that is really for recipes, I think) and she gave it to me because I wanted to put index cards in it with some Bible verses on them that I was trying to learn. Like I said, it's not easy for me to memorize...BUT..I came up with a game to ''play''. I began writing references on one side of the card and on the other side I wrote out the Bible verse. When I got about 10 index cards like that I began going through each card at a time looking at the reference trying to guess what the verse was on the other side that matched that reference. Then I would switch and read the verse and try to guess the reference. =) I'm sure this is not something that no one else has ever thought of..but I have never heard of anyone else doing it before. Now, my cousin, Beka, is doing it, too. We are able to encourage each other to memorize more and more verses. We can get together and go over our index cards together...or even do it over the phone! :) Beka has been doing this for just a few days..and she has 30 cards! More than me! She doesn't get them ALL right....but she's making progress. We have been doing it along with our devotions and it's just a lot of fun.
Well, I hope this encourages you to memorize some Bible verses, too!!
Here are some good verses that I'm working on. =)
Psalm 119:9,10,11 - ''Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word. With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments. Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.''

Girl's Camp
A little over a week ago, we had the opportunity to help out and be counselors in a girl's camp for three days. It was a blessing! God gave us such a burden that week to see someone saved. Beth and I prayed and PRAYED on Friday night. The Lord worked in an amazing way. After the service on Friday night, she and I went up to the dorm and prayed some more. When we went back to the chapel, a girl was at the alter getting saved!!!!! =) It was just amazing!! Two girls made a profession of faith. :)
Thank God for allowing us to be a part of that week!
---We have heard the joyful sound, Jesus saves, Jesus saves!---
