Healthy Ginger Cookies

1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. honey
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. molasses
2 tsp. vinegar
3 tsp. ground ginger
3 3/4 c. wheat flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves

Cream butter and honey together. Stir in eggs, molasses and vinegar. Sift and add dry ingredients. Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets. Flatten by dipping a glass into water and pressing cookie.
350 degrees. Don't let them get hard.

  2. Yes ma'am, they are pretty good. To be honest though, they aren't as good as chocolate chip cookies. :) My mom lets me eat them for breakfast because they are more healthy than cereal or oatmeal (the way we eat it with sugar in it).
